Yes, we bid to job requirements. Fax or E-mail us your information
for review.

are available? Do you have translation services?
Signs are available in English, Spanish, French or Bilingual
translations. We can assist with services to translate custom
requests.

Do you make
custom sign/plates?
Yes, Special Signs & Symbols has extensive capabilities to fabricate custom
signs/plates to meet customer need. Contact us with your
requirements and we will work hard to meet your needs.
Ordering / Shipping Questions:
6. What is the typical
lead-time on orders?
Shipping is same or next business day on standard plates. We
strive to meet customer needs, including emergency situations.
7. Can you separate order
shipments based on building or floor identifiers?
Yes, we can pack and ship based on customer requirements.

8. What forms of payment are accepted?
Net 30 for customers
with established accounts. Credit Card or COD accepted for
others. Orders are accepted on-line, or by fax/phone with various payment

9. How are signs/plates backed
for shipment? What are shipping options?
Shipments are wrapped and boxed in corrugated with peanuts.
UPS is our preferred shipping method for most orders.
International shipments are available.
